The big veranda of villa on the first level of 70sqm including the pool offers an outdoor dining area and of course the amazing view of the mountains and sea. Guests may also enjoy the gardens of the complex.
Another veranda is included on the second level with an amazing view at the mountains and the sea. It can be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink while enjoying the sound of the singing birds.
A small veranda is also overlooking the White Mountains of Crete where Zeus is said to have been born in a cave, according to Greek mythology.

Xamoudochori is an amazing peaceful and romantic small village with a Kafenion (traditional cafe). A few mini markets, taverns-bars and pharmacy can be found in Maleme 3kilometres away. The larger seaside village of Maleme offers a big variety of super markets , taverns, cafe and an organized beach.
Xamoudochori is 7km from the famous village of Platanias and 20km from the town of Chania. A car is suggested to visit the nearby sandy beaches, the town of Chania and Rethymno and other sightseeing like the Knossos antiquities area in Heraklion.
