Accommodation The standard capacity of Villa Terra Creta is 10 guests across five bedrooms. An independent studio is not automatically included in the villa rental. It may only be made available following prior request, confirmation, and payment of the applicable additional charge. The property may accommodate up to 12 guests only when use of the independent studio has been expressly agreed upon and included in the relevant booking. Pool Heating Pool heating is optional, must be requested in advance, and is subject to availability. The cost is €1,300 for the first three nights, plus €150 for each additional night. Important Information Events, parties, receptions, and similar gatherings are not permitted. Pets are not accepted. Natural elements such as wood, natural stone and water, enhance perfect harmony with surroundings: the pine forest’s green and the Aegean Sea blue! Unique features include an authentic ancient construction from Ottoman empire and a natural cave that add to its distinct charm. All 3 levels feature covered and uncovered patios, verandas, multiple dining areas, by the pool sundecks & lounges, as well as, a charming stone-built footpath that runs across the upper level mature gardens, blended peacefully with the eclectic landscaped gardens of the lower level.

Indoor Living

The modern architecture is humancentric and exudes unpretentious elegance, comfort and subtle luxury. The villa is built on 3 separate levels. It warrants discretion in all 5 bedrooms that spread across the 3 levels and inspires conviviality in the multiple common areas, decorated with original Art and furnished with pieces from owners’ private collection. All levels have direct access to the grounds due to the amphitheatrical construction and all interiors enjoy unlimited natural light, A/C and floor heating.

At the lower level, the property features a separate 2 rooms studio, with independence entrance from the main villa. The studio features a bedroom with a semi-double bed, bathroom with shower and a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette. It has access to private outdoor dining table and chairs. The studio is ideal for support staff or tenants that wish to maintain their privacy during a large group stay and is rented at an additional cost, upon request only.

• Reservations confirmed within 60 days of arrival: 100% payment upon confirmation.
• €5,000 refundable security deposit, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days after check-out, less any applicable damage costs.
