Villa Selene is a Luxury Villa with a private pool in Chania, built on the beautiful hill of Agios Onoufrios in Akrotiri, Chania. An extremely elegant, modern two-level building with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 6 people (and up to 7 if necessary), with unrestricted sea views.
Villa Selene combines classic comfort with unpretentious luxury, while located οnly a short drive away from the beautiful city of Chania and a breath from the small but beautiful beach of Agios Onoufrios.

Entering the Villa, the open plan space is filled with ample natural light thanks to the flat glass rooflight, while the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors let the cool summer breeze in all day long. The living room boasts a 75’’ LG smart TV with Netflix, cozy seating area with 2 spacious sofas, A/C and direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ.
The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by an island counter featuring induction hobs with integrated extraction hood and high quality, built-in appliances, enabling you to prepare your meals with ease.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both of which offer direct outdoor access, A/C, 42’’ smart TVs and king size beds (1,60 X 2,00m). One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom as well, with a shower cabin, while a second bathroom with a shower cabin is also available and can be used as a private bathroom for the second bedroom. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine can be found on this level.

Following the stairs upwards, guests will meet the stunning master bedroom. The 1,80 X 2,00 bed invites you to spend some lazy mornings while enjoying wonderful views of the sea and the area, while the 50’’ TV is perfect to binge watch your favorite series at night.
The room also offers an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage column, A/C, and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool terrace, while an opening sofa chair can also be placed in the bedroom to accommodate a child.

Outdoor area
The exterior of Casa di Elen covers 800 m2 and offers wonderful, panoramic views of the bay below, the Cretan sea and the surrounding area and many facilities including:
- A private, 55 sq.m. swimming pool, with step access and a shallow compartment, 0,40 m - 1,40 m deep.
- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, a poolside shower and umbrellas so you can enjoy sunbathing at comfort. An outdoor seating area with a sofa and 2 armchairs is also available outside the living room.
- The BBQ facilities next to the pool include a charcoal grill, wood oven, outdoor sink and an outdoor dining table for 10 under the shade of the pergola. Try al fresco dining for an unforgettable experience with your loved ones!
- Several lawn covered spots by the pool and at the rear part of the Villa, are ideal for kids to play!
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security and full privacy to our guests.

About the Location
We are located in the Agios Onoufrios area, a quiet but simultaneously modern suburb of Chania, just 12 km from the Souda Harbour and the Daskalogiannis Airport and 6 km from the city center.
In a walking distance of just 5 minutes, you can find the scenic beach of Agios Onoufrios, award-winning with a blue flag, while nearby there are many other beautiful and well-known beaches, such as the Seitan Limania, the beaches of Kalathas, Stavros and Marathi.
In the area, there are doctors, pediatricians, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, hair- and beauty salons, gas stations, as well as leisure facilities, such as tennis courts, gyms, a sailing and diving school, cafeterias, restaurants.
Magnificent sights and historic places are abundant in our area. The Venizelos Graves, the Agia Triada monastery and the Gouvernetos monastery, which was built in 1537 and from which someone can reach the Panagia Arkoudiotisa cave and the Katholiko by following a paved path, consist only a few from the existing choices.
