Villa is a newly renovated private luxury villa with a pool located in Fiskardo. It is ideal for four people as it has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and living room.
All areas are air-conditioned, and the house itself basks in the sun most of the day. We use no chemicals in the pool as it is cleaned by electrolysis, a sound alternative to chlorine. Charming details and thoughtful touches in the design and the furnishings give the villa its unique design character. The final result is a casual and elegant interior decor where the soft, naturally inspired colour palette allows the varying materials and textures to add an effortless sense of luxury.

Villa is located at the bottom of a hill with breathtaking views over the blue magic of the sea and Ithaca island. Right in front of your step, you can access the sea and the white beautifully shaped rocks. Within a 4-5 min walk, Foki beach waits just around the corner to embrace you into its crystal clear waters. Fiskardo Harbour is 850 meters away from the villa, where you may find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Once you check-in, the suite is fully at your access, feel like home! We offer really good prices for airport transfers, much better than the usual taxi fares and also, we cooperate with many local car rentals for the best prices available, usually better than the online prices. We also offer low rates for transfers to/from any part of the island. The cleaning service: If you are staying for more than 6 nights and up to 9, you will get fresh towels mid-stay & a free general clean.
For a 10- nights rental or longer, you will get fresh sheets & towels, along with a general clean on every 5th day. Upon the day of the cleaning service, the cleaning lady will be visiting the apartment around 11:00 in the morning. If you wish a more often cleaning service, this is possible upon request with a fee, based on each individual’s needs. Once you arrive we will show you the place and guide you through all the facilities. Also, we will give you a detailed description of what to do and how to take advantage of every single day on the island. Our 3-bedroom Luxury Villa is located in the traditional village of Tzamarelata, in the picturesque region of Erissos. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in luxurious surroundings.

Two bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double with en-suite and one twin), and one double is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms are light and airy with beautiful, well coordinating décor, fitted wardrobes, comfortable mattresses, a desk, balconies and fantastic sea views. There are three bathrooms, two are on the upper floor, including an en-suite, and one is on the ground floor.

Villa consists of a double-storey dwelling, with its swimming pool and lounger, set within a beautiful, landscaped garden.
The villa and its pool are placed within the garden to maximize privacy for our guests. Villa has two large bedrooms on the lower level, both with king-size beds and beautifully appointed marble-clad en-suite bathrooms. There is a lovely sized living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area, and a guest WC with laundry facilities on the upper level. The living room leads onto a spacious balcony with seating and a dining table for outdoor eating. The villa sleeps four people on the lower level. The sofa in the living area would be suitable for one child or teenager.
